When it comes to Ryuuji Takasu, finding a girl friend was his first priority when he begins his school year. The only problem is, he has a horrible natural scowl that makes him look like an intimidating delinquent which scares most away including the girls. Though he has his heart set on one girl in particular, Minori Kueshida. He teams up with another individual, Taiga Aisaka, to get the ones they're crushing on which just so happens to be the other's best friend.
